In July, Hindsgavl Festival will take place for the 49th time at Hindsgavl Castle, where both musicians and audience stay at the castle a few days of their choice and form a little musical community that truly deserves the most stunning surroundings in Denmark. There is a fantastic atmosphere and a perfect serenity.
Take a swim in the ocean, a jog in the forest, attend musical lectures and open rehearsals, enjoy the gastronomy and not least the concerts. After the concerts the bar in the old main building will open, but there is also the possibility of sitting on the beach jetty in the moonlight, listening to the porpoises and enjoying the midnight magic in the park.
The program this year exceeds our own expectations (once again) - it has probably never been better! As for previous seasons, we have made it a virtue to bringing artists to Hindsgavl Manor that have only rarely, or never, performed on Danish stages. Therefore, in case you do not already know them, seize this opportunity to get acquainted with some of the most outstanding personalities on the classic music scene right now.
Hindsgavl Festival has three concert series: International stars (typical evening concerts), young talents (typical afternoon concerts) and contemporary music (typically late evening concerts).
All in all, we are very much looking forward to eight enchanting days on Hindsgavl Castle.
